The Yarra is famous for its Pinot Noir. So being a Yarra Valley winemaker and not making a Pinot Noir would be quite rebellious. Unfortunately, our winemaker is quite passionate about it and even did a stint in Burgundy, the world’s most famous Pinot Noir region. It’s fruity, fresh and bright, with some savoury notes for balance. How cliché.

Palate
Red cherry and cranberry, blackcurrant leaf, nutmeg, hints of toasty oak, and silky drawn out tannins.

Drink with
Mushroom risotto, peking duck, spaghetti puttanesca, bbq chicken, crispy skin salmon, wood-fired margarita pizza – honestly, just about anything.
