This Sangiovese is a brilliant all rounder. And not the sort of all rounder your mum said you are which meant you weren’t excellent at anything and were kinda average at everything. No, this is a real all rounder. A chameleon of sorts. Take it anywhere, have it with anything, share it with everyone.

Garnet red.

Nose
Red liquorice, cherry, and currants with a hint of mixed herbs. 

Palate
Medium bodied with juicy blue fruits, grippy tannins and balanced acidity.

Drink with
Bistecca alla Fiorentina (or a decent steak you can afford) seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked over a super hot BBQ and rested for longer than you think.
